TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• eurosafe locksmiths ltd require payment for any prior agreed works within 3 days of completion
• eurosafe locksmiths ltd require payment for any agreed emergency works immediately upon completion
• eurosafe locksmiths ltd require proof of address when undertaking property entry
• eurosafe locksmiths ltd shall provide an invoice within 1 day of completion of agreed works, detailing undertaken works
• eurosafe locksmiths ltd attempt several methods of non-destructive door entry before resorting to destructive entry methods.  If destructive entry methods are required to be undertaken, then additional costs will be applicable upon the originally quoted non-destructive door entry total price (addition of replacement door cylinder).  In this instance, the customer will be consulted as to whether they would like the destructive door entry methods to be used.  If this option is declined, then the customer will be charged the original quoted cost of non-destructive door entry (1 hrs labour) and works will be terminated.
• High security door cylinders are not supplied and installed as standard by eurosafe locksmiths ltd.
• All glazed units supplied and installed by eurosafe locksmiths ltd shall be guaranteed for a period of 5 years commencing from the date of installation.
